Do you want to build strength rather than strain? This class will focus on supporting you build functional strength in both muscles and bones. You will be guided through poses to prepare for strength, support overall mobility, build strength and finish with a deep savasana to support your mind.
Discover how embodied somatic yoga support you on and off the mat. This class will focus on developing sensations while building strength and supporting life long mobility. Allowing you take the benefits of yoga off the mat both physically and mentally.
Do you want to switch off? During our Restorative Yoga for Deep Rest class you will be guided through gentle movements bringing you to a state of relaxation. Your nervous system will be relaxed through restorative principles and Yoga Nidra. Leave ready for a great night sleep and feeling stress free.
Our Yoga for Men class is an executive, semi-private class. Whether you spend your day closing deals at a desk, travelling or exercising, this class will support you. This class is movement centred and will support mobility, injury prevention, strength, stress reduction and heart health.

Our beautiful yoga studio is purpose built, nestled in the serenity of nature but still only minutes from Maynooth, Kilcock, Clane and Prosperous. Our yoga teachers are all highly skilled and qualified yoga and meditation teachers, who are passionate about sharing their love of yoga and making yoga suit you. Our teachers are specialised in their respective classes and embodied yoga.
