We are constantly being pulled in so many different directions that we ignore our own health and wellness. Discover how just 30 minutes of yoga can support you both physically and emotionally.


Get the joy and benefit of a three times a week with our morning yoga class with Val, Emma-Jane and Sarah. During each class you will be skilfully guided through a yoga flow designed to support your body to gently wake up and build strength, mobility and flexibility. You will be able to switch off and recentre yourself before tackling your busy day.

Meet the teachers

Val

Val teaches the Monday morning class. Val enjoys running and being active. She loves yoga because it is an amazing tool for supporting your body to do all of the amazing things it is designed for. Val takes an embodied approach where we tune into the needs and wants of our body and serve our own body.

Sarah

Sarah teaches the Friday morning class. As a primary school teacher Sarah appreciates yoga as a chance to reconnect with herself and start her day in a calm and relaxed manner before being pulled in many different directions. Sarah also takes an embodied approach, allowing you to be guided by your own body’s needs and wants.

Emma-Jane

Emma-Jane teaches the Wednesday morning class. Emma-Jane is a yoga and meditation teacher and established children's book author from county Kildare. She has bountiful experience leading a variety of classes, her bright presence leads to fun joyful classes.
