I have been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine for 20 years. I graduated with a Licentiate in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Irish College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2000. My first post-graduate study was in China, learning and practicing specialised Medical Qi gong at Guangzhou University hospital, China. I qualified as a Chinese Medical Herbalist in 2008.
My passion lies in supporting and improving health through diet and lifestyle. I use a combination of herbs, dietary therapy, therapeutic Qi Gong exercise and acupuncture to help clients enhance and improve their health.

Gillian has been practicing Rolfing since 2002. Rolfing is a powerful, hands on deep-tissue, bodywork, which releases patterns from injury, repetitive strain, poor posture and emotional blockages. It brings the body back into its natural alignment with gravity, balancing the body to create ease, health and vitality.
Gillian is always studying, committed to further education, so like me, she aims to help each client in the particular way they need.

Shiatsu Training Course
Shiatsu is a whole-body treatment which literally translated means ‘Finger Pressure’. It involves comfortable pressure from the thumbs and palms applied to the body’s energy channels and Acupressure points. This is a hands-on therapy where the client is fully clothed. It includes gentle stretches and rotations of the limbs and joints. In other words ‘Acupuncture without the needles and is very helpful for headaches, neck and shoulders, tension and digestive problems.
