During this class, Laura will guide you using an embodied approach focusing on somatic movement. You will develop awareness of somatic sensations so you can pre-empt injury and avoid it. During each class, you move your full body, and during the term, you dive into each aspect, deepening your connection, freeing your nervous system and expanding your knoladge. This class will support your sleep, mental health, heart health, digestion, nervous system and of course, your mobility.
What is embodied yoga?
Embodied Yoga allows you to tune into your own body and do what your body needs or wants.

Our teachers will guide you ever step of the way offering alternatives and adjustments if a pose isn’t right for you.
You can book a check in with your teacher if you have any concerns, want any specific adjustments or are just a bit confused about something. This is something unique to Aruna Yoga and we pride ourselves on supporting our students every step of the way. Our studio classes are kept to a size which allows the teacher to give everyone attention when they need or want.

Our studio is located in the tranquillity of the countryside while being only minutes from Clane, Maynooth, Prosperous and Kilcock.
The studio is surrounded by greenery and birds allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy the full relaxation benefits.
Our studio is purpose-built for yoga with a natural wooden floor and all of the props you could need.

Laura
Laura has been teaching yoga for decades and uses it as a method of stress relief. She was a stress bunny which is what brought her to yoga initially. Laura pulls from her experiences with her psychology degree, irest, somatics to create an amazing embodied experience. Get all of the benefits of yoga in a fun class.
