Do you feel confident welcoming bigger-bodied students into your classes?
Do you know how to make your offerings truly inclusive—not just in words, but in action?
As movement professionals—whether we’re teaching Yoga, Pilates, or Strength training—we have a responsibility to create spaces where every body feels seen, respected, and empowered. But here’s the truth: many people in bigger bodies are walking into studios feeling invisible, judged, or unsure if they belong. And more often than not, they never return—not because they didn’t enjoy the movement, but because the space wasn’t built with them in mind. This full-day immersive training is designed to change that
What You’ll Learn:
Language That Invites, Not Shames
Learn how to use cues and language that empower rather than exclude.
Adapting Movement for Diverse Bodies
Explore ways to offer variations, props, and support that meet your students where they are, without making them feel “othered.”
Cueing for Autonomy, Not Authority
Shift from performative fitness standards to embodied movement practices rooted in choice, respect, and inner awareness.
Retention Through Respect
Learn what truly keeps students coming back—and it’s not a perfect pose or a faster plank. It’s how you make them feel.
Why Representation Matters
Understand the emotional and social barriers many bigger-bodied students face and how your approach can help (or hinder) their long-term commitment.

Why This Training Matters:
Inclusive teaching isn’t a bonus skill—it’s essential.
If you’re not consciously creating space for bigger bodies, you may be unintentionally pushing them away. And in doing so, you’re also missing out on a deeply loyal and committed student base—people who are looking for movement that honours their bodies, not shames them. With the right tools, your classes can become a sanctuary for people who’ve been left out of fitness spaces for far too long.
