What is Embodied Flow?

Embodied Flow is more than just yoga. It’s a unique blend of somatic movement, breathwork, and classical yoga that helps you move with awareness and live with intention. Each class is a journey inward — designed to reconnect you to your body’s wisdom, ground your nervous system, and open new space for strength and serenity.

This class is designed with practitioners with over a year’s experience in mind.

Gwen Travers

Gwen is energetic and loves movement, She finds balance through her love of yoga. After over a decade of practice, she’s learned that yoga is more about connection, calm, and self-awareness than just poses. Her happy place is Aruna Yoga Studio, where peaceful gardens and a deep sense of calm feed her body and soul.
