How it works
Activation & Renewal
AutoRenew subscriptions (and class passes) are activated when first used.
Subscriptions (and class passes) are valid for consecutive days, and cannot be refunded, extended, shared, or transferred.
This is an automatically renewing contract and you will be charged every 30 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Freezing for up to two months in any 12-month period with no charge is an option (please email admin@arunayoga.ie)
Class Booking, Cancellation & Re-Scheduling
Classes can be booked on the Momence app. To use your membership, just follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account. You can reset your credentials if needed.
2. Click on Aruna Yoga's name to see their upcoming classes. When you find one you like, click the Sign-Up button.
3. While signed in, when booking your class, select this membership to apply it.
Classes booked can be canceled OR rescheduled by you up to 48 hours before the class starts.
Cancel the class you can not attend, (When you cancel you get a class credit, not a refund.)
When canceling a class booked with a membership or class pass, the credit is applied back to your membership or pass.
You can then book a different class using that credit (make sure you do it within the same 30-day period, as class credits do not carry over to the next month)
Class credits must be used within the timeframe of the membership period (30 days/ 1 month) and cannot be carried over to the next renewal period
Subscription cannot be used to book workshops, retreats or other events.
All classes are subject to minimum numbers and may be canceled by Aruna up to 24 hours in advance of the class. Canceled class credits will be applied to your account.
